OMG… this one was seriously tasty. Pretty easy but a number of steps, but highly recommended. Everyone went back for seconds! Was in the latest Woolworths Fresh magazine.
First you make the base…. Well my Woolies was out of plain choc ripple biscuits – was their a choc ripple festival I didn’t know of? So instead of driving elsewhere I just bought some double choc chip cookies…. and that was a GOOOODDDD option! As per a cheesecake, smash up the bikkies (food processor) and add melted butter, then bake for 10 mins.
Then make the filling. Again, I used lactose free ingredients
Most other ingrediants are put in a saucepan and mixed up….
Before adding in cream cheese
Whipping the whites & mixing in
Poor onto base and refrigerate
You may allow your Charlie to clean a bowl – not highly recommended but he deserved a treat! After this wash everything thoroughly!!
When set cut and enjoy… it wont last long!!
